Return and Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
Physical Products
- Orders can be cancelled only before the item has been shipped. As prepaid orders are processed on priority, cancellation may not be possible once they are confirmed.
- Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your ordered item (books or toys) must be unused and in the same condition as received, with no damage, markings, or missing parts, and returned in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect book, contact us immediately at theuniquebazar24@gmail.com, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain items are not eligible for return. These include books or toys that show signs of use, reading, damage, missing parts, writing, markings, or wear. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. Custom or special-order items, where applicable, are also excluded from returns. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us for clarification before initiating the return process.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider before the refund is reflected in your account.
